I've been a health coach, yoga teacher and personal trainer since 2011.
I hold a Master Health Coach certification from the NBHWC, a Functional Nutrition and Metabolism Specialty, as well as an Advanced Certification in Health Mindset Coaching and my background spans strength training, breathwork, somatics, and nutrition.
